Job summary

TestHiring seeks a Finance Manager in the United Arab Emirates to oversee financial management and accounting functions across the group. The role emphasizes statutory compliance, IFRS adherence, budgeting, and strategic planning.

You will lead the accounts team, drive audits, payroll processing, system upgrades, and the implementation of performance management and balanced scorecard initiatives, reporting to the Director of Finance.

Qualifications

• CA designation mandatory.
• Experience with IFRS and UAE regulatory frameworks.
• 15+ years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts with substantial managerial responsibility in seaport/maritime.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Financial Systems.
• Experience in budgeting, audits, payroll processing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
