Pink Camel, a health and wellness group based in Dubai, seeks a senior finance leader to partner with the CEO and leadership team, shaping the financial roadmap for regional and international growth. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, guiding the finance function across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires deep IFRS/GAAP knowledge, VAT and regulatory compliance, and leading a high-performing team to deliver key financial KPIs and strategic initiatives in a dynamic market.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 16-18+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, audit processes, tax compliance and internal controls.
• Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions, ideally UAE and KSA.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT, KSA ZATCA, WPS and GOSI requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in finance systems, BI tools and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop finance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic finance partner to the CEO and leadership team
• Lead financial roadmap for regional and international growth
• Build integrated financial models and lead budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Own accounting, month-end close, reconciliations and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, KSA ZATCA, payroll, WPS and GOSI
• Own cash flow planning, liquidity, banking and working capital
• Lead procurement strategy, vendor negotiations and contract management
• Own CapEx planning and ROI assessment
• Define executive-level financial KPIs and dashboards
• Lead and develop the finance team, including the Financial Controller and Bookkeeper
