Job summary

Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City - SSMC seeks an experienced finance professional to lead financial effect analyses for expansion plans and new services. You will coordinate with departments, automate reporting with BI tools, and manage internal control frameworks to support data-driven pricing and revenue optimization.

You will oversee cost optimization, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide training on BI reports while ensuring accuracy of FEAs and reports for decision making in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Professional qualification such as CMA/CPA/ACCA/ACA/CA/CFA or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of progressive finance experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Leads financial modeling for Financial Effect Analysis (FEA) and coordinates with departments.
• Ensures FEAs align with strategic priorities and supports management decisions with ad hoc reports.
• Conducts bottoms-up costing to determine cost of services; supports pricing negotiations.
• Maintains internal controls framework, ICFR and governance; tracks expenses vs budget.
• Develops, automates and trains end users on BI reports via Qlik Sense.
