Job summary

Techniline Electronics LLC seeks a Finance Head to own the financial backbone of the UAE-based group. You will drive reporting, cashflow discipline, margin protection, and clean audits while evolving MIS and analytics.

You will lead budgeting, FP&A cadence, and dashboard evolution, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to shape strategic decisions and cost-saving initiatives across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, CA, CMA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years total finance experience; minimum 5 years UAE finance experience.
• Has personally led a finance function (Head, Controller, Senior Finance Manager, or equivalent).
• Hands‑on UAE VAT filing AND UAE Corporate Tax filing experience.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow across group entities with variance commentary.
• Lead month-end close with inventory reconciliation, accruals, depreciation, intercompany reconciliation, trial balance, and financial statement prep.
• Oversee AR, AP & Inventory control; maintain SOX-like controls and SOPs.
• Own ERP enhancement roadmap; design finance automations and coordinate with IT/external partners.
• Partner with CEO/MD on strategic decisions; drive FP&A cadence and scenario modeling.
