Confidential Career Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Finance Director – Reporting & Budgeting to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for a large, asset-intensive group. The role requires strategic insight, commercial acumen and the ability to partner with senior management and the Board.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in finance with senior roles, exposure to Oil & Gas or Automotive sectors, and a track record in multinational environments with ERP/BI

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Automotive sectors is preferred.
• Experience in large multinational, asset-intensive or complex environments.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting/BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group-level financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A activities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting and performance reviews.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning cycle.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and planning frameworks.
• Provide variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive and Board-level financial reports and dashboards.
• Drive standardisation and improvement of reporting and budgeting processes.
