Job summary

Ennismore in Dubai is seeking a finance/market research professional to support feasibility studies and financial forecasting for IMEAT hotel & F&B projects. The role involves coordinating with Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to streamline project reviews and drive strategic deals.

The candidate will build detailed Excel financial models, assess investment terms, and prepare deal approvals, contributing to the growth of Ennismore’s global hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in IMEAT hotels F&B and branded residences markets.
• Market research experience in hotels operations and feasibility, with understanding of real estate investment and valuation.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong report writing capability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and support on facilities review feasibility analysis and financial forecasting for projects across IMEAT.
• Assist in the project review process ensuring efficient coordination with Operations, Commercial and Finance.
• Contribute to development of strategic deals with key stakeholders.
• Analyse commercial terms and assess impact on deal valuation using Ennismore investment model (under supervision).
• Prepare internal deal approval documentation to support decision-making.
• Create detailed financial models in Excel to support evaluation of new business verticals.
• Conduct ad-hoc strategic projects related to feasibility, market research and investment analysis.
• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet internal and external timelines.
