Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in investment and real estate feasibility, with at least 5 years in the GCC region.
• Strong expertise in EstateMaster, Argus, and advanced Excel feasibility modeling.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for acquisitions and development feasibility.
• Review feasibility studies for greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Own valuation and feasibility models with strong governance.
• Manage monthly development dashboards and project feasibility reporting.
