Job summary

Zayed University seeks a senior leader to direct Endowment and Resources Development activities, shaping long‑term financial sustainability and alignment with its academic and innovation priorities.

The role drives fundraising campaigns, donor programmes, and corporate partnerships, while guiding stewardship, alumni engagement, and resource development for sustained university growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 15+ years of experience and 10+ years in a managerial role.
• PhD with 13+ years of experience and 8+ years in a managerial role preferred.
• Certification in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development and execution of the Department's strategy and align with the university's priorities.
• Oversee performance with KPIs and drive improvements to support strategic goals.
• Allocate budget across the Department and ensure adherence to plans.
• Provide consolidated budget input for overall budget planning.
• Lead the design and implementation of endowment and resources development initiatives.
• Lead engagement programmes, fundraising campaigns, and donor stewardship.
• Collaborate with Alumni Affairs to secure long-term commitments and funding.
• Direct fundraising and capital campaigns to support infrastructure, scholarships, and research.
