Responsibilities

• Develop a bird’s eye view of the transformation journeys.
• Provide governance across digital initiatives in The Wholesale Digital Studio and NeoX to prevent duplication.
• Lead the NeoX portfolio governance and leadership initiatives.
• Oversee digital transformation, governance, and strategy for NeoX including Open Finance, Digital Assets, Channel Analytics, and FinTech collaborations; manage prioritization, funding, budget, benefits realization and executive progress.
• Re-define the operating model within Wholesale Digital Studio & NeoX portfolio.
• Build a digitally driven and transformed organization.
• Ensure budget adherence and adoption of agile practices across squads in Wholesale Digital Studio.
• Support the evolution of the Wholesale Bank Innovation Lab and Intrapreneur program.
• Interact with coverage teams, channel and product partners to harmonize customer journeys and experiences across corporate online portal and touchpoints.
• Drive strategic initiatives across pillars such as Analytics, Wholesale Bank coverage, DOB/KYC journeys, technology, agility, collaboration and culture of innovation.
• Provide NeoVentures governance leadership: align venture priorities with Wholesale Banking and Group digital strategy to accelerate growth.
• Oversee the NeoVentures portfolio across incubation, partnerships, and scale‑up initiatives; manage governance, budget, milestones, risk, and value realization.
• Shape FinTech and ecosystem partnerships within NeoVentures with operating models, decision frameworks, and performance metrics.
