Job summary

Beiersdorf Middle East FZCO is seeking a demand planning professional to develop consensus forecasts and secure on‑time, in‑full supply for assigned brands. You will coordinate with distributors and internal teams to balance service levels with inventory value.

Key responsibilities include forecasting demand, managing inventory at distributors, and generating regular performance reports while driving supply chain improvements. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand/supply planning in FMCG or similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Excel; English fluency mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with SAP (R3 & APO) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset and detail orientation; ability to grasp business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the consensus forecast for the assigned brand at SPGR level.
• Forecast demand, coordinate with supply planners, support NPDs and relaunches.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular reports, and identify process improvements.
• Manage distributor inventory, depletion plans and waste minimization.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance to align supply chain activities.
