Job summary

Masafi is seeking a seasoned Supply & Demand Planning professional in the UAE to manage forecasting, inventory optimization and cross-functional planning. You will prepare forecasts by SKU and market, analyze trends, and translate demand into actionable supply plans to support business priorities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Finance, monitor stock levels and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent
• 5–10 years of experience in Supply & Demand Planning, preferably FMCG
• Strong forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and S&OP knowledge
• Commercial acumen with ability to read market trends and seasonality
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/planning systems

Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory optimization in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Prepare and maintain forecasts by SKU, customer, channel, and market.
• Analyze sales history, seasonality, promotions, and market trends to inform planning decisions.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply, production, procurement and replenishment plans.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Finance.
• Monitor stock levels, aging, and slow-moving or near-expiry products.
• Support S&OP processes and highlight demand/supply gaps.
