Job summary

The Demand Planner role at Al Futtaim Automotive's Global Aftersales team focuses on improving forecast accuracy and stock health across national and branch levels. You will work with Syncron to monitor demand and ensure timely stock availability for customers.

You will analyze market information, maintain stock levels around a 100 million USD inventory value, and collaborate with stakeholders to balance service levels with cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP.
• Experience developing management reporting packs for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Process Back-to-Back orders and ensure timely dispatch.
• Monitor back orders and provide ETD/ETA to customers.
• Analyze branch stock health and service levels.
• Maintain master data using SAP MDM.
• Track KPI dashboards for service levels, stock health, and lost sales.
• Collaborate with sales and ordering teams.
