Job summary

dmg events is seeking a senior delivery leader to partner with executives in shaping an outcome-led portfolio. You will establish enterprise PMO standards, manage cross-functional delivery and coach Product Owners to implement agile and lean practices at scale.

Expect to drive governance, risk management and delivery excellence across multiple brands and events, balancing strategic priorities with pragmatic execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading complex technology-enabled change programmes or portfolios.
• Proven ability to establish or mature enterprise PMO or portfolio governance.
• Strong knowledge of agile, lean delivery and hybrid environments.
• Proven coaching of Product Owners and senior stakeholders in product thinking and delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive partner capabilities.
• Experience with delivery reporting, risk and value metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted delivery partner to senior business and technology leaders with strategy-to-delivery accountability.
• Translate strategy into prioritised roadmaps and executable plans across brands and events.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations and transparent trade-offs for executive decisions.
• Design and mature an enterprise PMO with demand intake, stage gates, and benefits tracking.
• Lead complex programmes, manage scope, budgets, risks and dependencies across teams.
• Coach teams in Jira/Confluence and scalable delivery practices; drive continuous improvement.
