Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Manager – Project Delivery & Operations to act as the CEO's right hand on the ground. You will own delivery of every project against contract, deadlines and budget, while leading project managers and aligning with Finance and HR to embed performance and culture across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project delivery, program management or operations, including multi-site teams.
• Experience delivering complex projects against contracts, programs and budgets in related sectors.
• Strong contract-management skills: interpreting obligations, managing variations and claims.
• Solid financial skills: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash management.
• Experienced in governance, SOPs and digital project systems.
• Proven leadership with coaching and succession planning.
• Bachelor's degree is required; PMP/PRINCE2 or MBA is a plus.
• Fluent English and ability to provide clear executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of all active projects against contracted scope, KPIs, milestones and budget.
• Lead and develop Project Development Manager, Project Operations Manager and Site Project Managers.
• Oversee lifecycle from bid to close-out, including mobilisation and handover.
• Ensure formal mobilisation and handover with agreed KPIs, budget and reporting.
• Maintain risk, issues and change-control registers with timely escalation to CEO.
