Client of CS & Clarks is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to drive strategic initiatives across multi‑industry units. You will guide Operations Managers, align operations with group vision, and push continuous improvement through strong analytics and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes budgeting, performance metrics, and risk management to ensure efficient, compliant operations while delivering sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing multi-industry operations.
• Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams; strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the group vision and goals.
• Performance Management: Establish KPIs for efficiency, productivity and profitability; provide insights to CEO.
• Team Oversight: Lead Operations Managers, foster continuous improvement and training.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, optimize resources, approve major expenditures.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the Group s overall vision and goals Lead and guide Operations Managers across the Group to ensure consistent and effective execution of business strategies Identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation within the Group s industries
• Performance Management Establish and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency productivity and profitability Analyze operational performance data providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Team Oversight and Development Provide leadership mentorship and support to Operations Managers across all business units Foster a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and accountability Facilitate training programs to enhance team capabilities and operational skills
• Financial Oversight Work closely with the Finance team to prepare and manage operational budgets Optimize resources and control operational costs without compromising quality Review and approve major capital expenditures and operational investments
• Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a liaison between the CEO and Operations Managers ensuring alignment on strategic objectives Collaborate with department heads e g HR Finance Marketing to support cross-functional initiatives Represent the Operations function in executive meetings and external engagements when required
• Risk Management Identify potential risks in operational processes and develop mitigation strategies Ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested
