Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead architecture initiatives within the Customer Experience domain, driving enterprise-wide programs and promoting EA best practices.

You will shape governance, roadmaps, reference architectures across business, information, application, and technology domains, acting as trusted advisor to project teams and technology partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across multiple architecture disciplines (Business, Application, Information, Solution, or Technology).
• 8+ years leading large-scale enterprise architecture and transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience within Customer Experience ecosystems such as CRM, Loyalty, Digital Commerce, Customer Channels, or CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Customer Experience Enterprise Architecture across the Group, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.
• Define and govern architecture standards, principles, guidelines, reference architectures, and solution patterns.
• Develop current-state and future-state architecture roadmaps to support business transformation and growth.
• Ensure ongoing alignment between implemented solutions and the target enterprise architecture.
