Job summary

Air Arabia is seeking a Manager for Crew Planning & Control to ensure optimal manpower utilization and adherence to regulations. The role involves leading planning activities, budgeting for crew operations, and partnering with safety/compliance teams to improve processes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in airline crew planning, strong system skills, and a proven track record in cost control and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or aviation field or equivalent.
• Fatigue Risk Management course is advantageous.
• PM certification or proven project management experience.
• Cost control, budgeting, QA certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in airline crew management systems and MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and operational areas of Crew Planning and Control.
• Study and recommend annual budgets for flight and crew ops.
• Collaborate with Flight/Cabin Crew Operations for improvements.
• Coordinate with IT and stakeholders for system changes and KPIs.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and confidential guidelines.
• Mentor and coach team; drive performance and morale.
• Plan staffing for new stations; review rules and parameters.
