Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily crew operations to ensure uninterrupted flight schedules.
• Identify disruptions and implement contingency plans to minimize impact.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and operating manuals.
• Coordinate with flight and cabin crew through various channels, providing timely support.
• Manage crew legality, utilization, fatigue, overtime, and requirements for safety and efficiency.
• Utilize standby crew to maintain network reliability and continuity.
• Collaborate with Operations Control, Crew Planning, Airport Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous improvement within Crew Operations.

As a Crew Scheduler, you will be at the heart of airline operations, proactively resolving operational challenges, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring our crew resources are managed effectively while maintaining the highest safety and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily crew operations to ensure uninterrupted flight schedules and operational excellence.
• Proactively identify potential disruptions affecting crew rosters and implement effective contingency plans to minimize operational impact.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Aviation Regulations, company policies, operating manuals, and established procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate professionally with flight and cabin crew through various communication channels, providing timely support and guidance.
• Manage crew legality, utilization, fatigue, overtime, and operational requirements to maintain safety, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
• Utilize standby crew effectively to maintain network reliability and operational continuity.
• Collaborate closely with Operations Control, Crew Planning, Airport Operations, and other key stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Crew Operations function.

Qualifications

• Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification ina related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within airline operations.
• Good understanding of airline operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and operational systems is an advantage.
