Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Dubai is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage accounts receivable and drive timely collections. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve disputes and ensure accurate records.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, plus proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. UAE experience is preferred and a successful candidate will contribute to maintaining healthy cash flow for the business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers to collect overdue payments and meet collection targets.
• Monitor accounts receivable and aging reports, prioritizing overdue and high-risk accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve invoice disputes and delays.
• Maintain records of collection activities and customer correspondence.
• Review credit exposure and escalate overdue accounts per procedures.
• Prepare collection forecasts and regular reports on outstanding balances.
• Support payment arrangements within approved limits and follow up on commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support payment arrangements within approved limits and follow up on agreed commitments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of account reconciliation and receivables reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts while meeting deadlines.
• A qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
