Job summary

INTERCARE LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Credit Control Specialist to oversee overdue balances, resolve disputes, and ensure timely collections in line with terms.

You will coordinate with sales and finance, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years in credit control are required, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in credit control or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• With UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and manage overdue balances.
• Address and resolve queries or disputes arising from customer accounts.
• Ensure timely collection of overdue amounts according to terms.
• Oversee delivery of invoices via emails, portals, or submissions.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies between records.
• Maintain records of all communications with customers and parties.
• Provide management with updates on debt collection progress.
• Ensure credit control processes comply with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and finance to align activities with objectives.
