Triumph HQ San Francisco seeks a Partnerships Lead to build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, talent, agencies, and affiliates. You will own partnerships from outreach to activation and help grow the brand ambassador program.

This is a hands-on, travel-heavy role requiring clear communication, organization, and the ability to negotiate terms with talent and managers. You will collaborate with marketing, legal, and product teams to drive campaigns and report performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, talent management, or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage several partnerships at once.
• Willing and able to travel frequently, including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, talent, agencies, and management teams.
• Identify and recruit new partners who align with our brand and target audiences.
• Manage partnerships from outreach and negotiation through execution and reporting.
• Coordinate creator shoots, livestreams, events, and other marketing activations.
• Manage our affiliate program in-house, including recruitment, onboarding, communication, tracking, and partner support.
• Work with internal marketing, creative, legal, and product teams to execute campaigns.
• Track partnership and affiliate performance and recommend ways to improve results.
• Represent the company at industry events, conventions, shoots, and partner meetings.
• Travel frequently to support partnerships and activations.
