Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, or related fields.
• Existing relationships with influencers, brands, or events preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

• Commercially minded with strong negotiation abilities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with influencers, creators, and celebrities.
• Receive and manage inbound brand requests and opportunities.
• Identify and secure outbound collaborations and campaigns.
• Negotiate opportunities and coordinate with talent and clients.
• Advise talent on content strategy and audience growth.
• Coordinate campaigns from brief to completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brands and agencies.
