Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering seeks a skilled Cost Controller to manage project costs throughout the lifecycle. You will monitor budgets, track actuals against baselines, and prepare detailed cost reports to support profitability.

Responsibilities include forecasting cash flow, reviewing tenders and PO costs, and coordinating with procurement and planning to control costs and schedules. Strong analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant cost control or project controls experience.
• Proficient in cost reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with Primavera, Oracle and Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and actual expenditures against baselines.
• Prepare cost control reports and analyze budget variances.
• Review tender estimates, purchase orders, and subcontractor costs.
• Forecast cash flow, profitability, and potential overruns.
• Coordinate with procurement and planning teams to control costs.
