Responsibilities include forecasting cash flow, reviewing tenders and PO costs, and coordinating with procurement and planning to control costs and schedules. Strong analytical skills required.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of relevant cost control or project controls experience.
• Proficient in cost reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with Primavera, Oracle and Power BI is advantageous.

Role Summary

To manage and monitor project costs, budgets, planning, and scheduling throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring budget compliance, effective resource allocation, accurate cost forecasting, and timely project delivery while identifying opportunities to enhance profitability

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and actual expenditures against approved baselines.
• Prepare cost control reports and analyze budget variances.
• Review tender estimates, material purchase orders, and subcontractor costs.
• Forecast project cash flow, profitability, and potential cost overruns.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, and project teams to control costs and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and assess their impact on cost and time.
• Recommend corrective actions to address budget deviations and improve project performance.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Primavera, Oracle, and Power BI is an advantage.
• Certificates: PMP preferred; CCP and Construction Claims & Disputes Resolution certifications are an advantage.
• Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, financial management, problem-solving, communication, and time management.
