Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers to enable future bookings.
• Participate in sales calls with the team to acquire new business.
• Execute and support the operational aspects of booked business including contracts.
• Identify new business opportunities and understand market trends to optimize revenue.
• Provide excellent customer service and turnover to Event Management.
