Credo Talent Solutions is seeking a Director of Corporate Communications to develop and lead a comprehensive communications strategy across the Group. You will work closely with the Group CEO and senior leaders to shape executive messaging, manage media relations and drive internal engagement.

You will oversee external and internal communications, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor the corporate communications team while ensuring alignment with corporate identity and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline. Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, strategic communications or a related field.
• Proven experience leading communications at a Group, large corporate, multinational or complex organisational level.
• Strong experience working directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience across corporate communications, media relations, executive communications and internal communications.
• Strong experience managing corporate reputation and communications during sensitive or high-profile situations.
• Experience managing communications teams and external agencies.
• GCC/UAE experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the Group-wide corporate communications strategy aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Advise senior leadership on communication strategies for key priorities and announcements.
• Lead external communications, media relations and corporate messaging.
• Oversee internal communications to keep employees aligned with priorities.
• Manage communications budget and external agencies.
• Establish KPIs and report on communications performance.
