Job summary

Credo Talent Solutions in Dubai is seeking a senior leader to drive Corporate Communications for a global manufacturing group across Europe and MENA. Based in Dubai, you will shape the corporate narrative and lead strategy for reputation, media relations and executive communications.

Reporting to the Group CEO and ELT, you will oversee internal and external communications, crisis management and corporate positioning, ensuring a consistent global narrative while adapting to local environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
• 18+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Communications strategy across Europe and MENA.
• Establish a consistent corporate narrative and governance across markets.
• Translate global strategy into communications programmes and advise on reputation and risks.
• Oversee executive communications, media relations and external thought leadership.
• Manage internal communications, transformation messaging and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead and develop regional communications teams and oversee agencies.
