Job summary

Confidential Company seeks an experienced Project Planning and Scheduling Lead to manage complex construction programs in Dubai. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, track progress against milestones, and ensure alignment of timelines with resource allocation.

Responsibilities include identifying critical path activities, communicating status to stakeholders, and developing mitigation plans for schedule risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling in construction/engineering.
• PMP/PSP certification is desirable; proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, ASTA PowerProject.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and critical path focus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align timelines and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and deviations, and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present schedule reports and performance metrics to stakeholders.
