Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, 3–5 years of experience in large-scale construction planning, and strong Excel skills for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction planning or scheduling.
• Hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with BIM and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Prepare master project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify critical paths and optimize schedules to avoid delays.
• Update and adjust project timelines due to changes in scope, resources, or other factors.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress and performance against the baseline schedule.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to project team, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays or problems early and work with the team to resolve issues.
