Job summary

Citi is seeking a Compliance Risk Analyst within Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) in Dubai. The role focuses on establishing internal strategies, policies, and programs to prevent violations of law or regulation and to maintain risk levels within Citi's risk appetite.

You will assist senior staff, review regulatory materials, and help manage regulatory inventory and change management, working with multiple areas within Citi to deliver compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
• Project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies
• Some knowledge of area of focus

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and maintaining compliance programs, policies, and standards for ICRM.
• Review materials to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
• Compile and maintain compliance documentation.
• Manage regulatory inventory and change management processes and exam coordination.
• Assist in responding to compliance inquiries.
• Collaborate with other areas within ICRM and Citi.
• Coordinate and track policy, training, and initiatives.
• Prepare, edit, and maintain Compliance program materials.
• Create and maintain reports for control, tracking, and analysis; ensure secure retention of documents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Assess risk in business decisions with emphasis on reputation and safeguarding Citigroup and its clients and assets; escalate issues as needed.
