Job summary

Citi in Dubai seeks a Compliance Risk Analyst within Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) to help design and deliver a risk framework that keeps risk within appetite and supports the Citi program framework. The role partners with product and function coverage teams to meet business and customer needs while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies.
• Some knowledge of area of focus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior staff in design, development, delivery and maintenance of compliance programs.
• Participating in review of materials for regulatory and legal compliance.
• Helping compile and maintain compliance documentation.
• Assisting in regulatory inventory, change management, and exam coordination.
• Working with senior staff to respond to compliance inquiries.
• Interacting with other areas within ICRM and Citi.
• Coordinate and track policy, training, and initiatives.
• Assist in preparation, editing and maintenance of materials.
• Create and maintain reports for control, tracking and analysis with secure retention.
