Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai is seeking a UAE National to join Citi's ICRM team as a Compliance professional. You will help design and maintain compliance programs, ensure regulatory alignment, and support documentation and reporting.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of laws and regulations, with opportunities to collaborate across Citi's global compliance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in financial services, regulatory bodies, or legal/consulting firms is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree a plus)
• Experience in a financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
