Job summary

Citi is seeking a Compliance Risk Analyst within Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) in Dubai to help design and implement risk frameworks that align with Citi's policy framework and risk appetite. You will work with ICRM teams to deliver CRM solutions that meet business and customer needs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies and practices, and standards for ICRM.
• Participate in the review of materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Help to compile and maintain compliance documentation.
• Assist in managing the regulatory inventory, regulatory change management process and regulatory exam coordination/logistics.
• Collaborate with more senior staff in responding to compliance inquiries.
• Interact and collaborate with other areas within ICRM and Citi as necessary.
• Coordinate and track policy, training, and other initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation, editing and maintenance of Compliance program materials.
• Create and maintain reports for control, tracking and analysis with secure retention of documents.
• Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
