Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Senior Talent Development professional to lead competency development programs aligned with business needs across the ADNOC Group. You will shape competency models, design training strategies, and drive a performance-driven culture in a fast-paced energy organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration & Management or equivalent.
8 years of Talent Development & Training experience.
Oil & gas industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Review competency development policies to support department objectives.
Develop competency models and career paths with leadership.
Align training programs with business requirements.
Identify training gaps and conduct consultative sessions.
Implement competency-based development for UAE nationals.
Coordinate with line management on training schedules.
Develop reference materials for competency development.
Collaborate with Training to design on-the-job programs.
Develop and track Competency Assurance Programs for UAE nationals.
Organize review of Competency Development Framework.
