Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail in Dubai seeks a seasoned Talent & Learning leader to define and drive competence development across stores and back office. You will shape leadership programmes, succession planning and capability development to meet business objectives.

You will partner with HR, business leaders and AFLC to maximise learning offerings, implement evidence-based practices, and monitor progress against the talent agenda.

Qualifications

• Education in HR, psychology or business management; CIPD desirable.
• 5 years of training experience with 12 months in management role.
• 12 months experience as Store L&D.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and position talent across back office and stores.
• Maximise AFLC offerings and Inter-brand Training College programmes.
