Job summary

Roche UAE seeks a Communication Partner to strengthen stakeholder trust and shape positive perception of Roche in the UAE. You will plan, create, and deliver internal and external corporate communications, supporting the Head of Strategy to advance Roche’s influence and public health dialogue.

You will work with the Corporate Communications network for Pharma in the Middle East and key media stakeholders, driving engagement and brand impact across the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of media/PR/corporate/public affairs experience in biotech/pharma in UAE.
• Proven leadership in a non-hierarchical environment and ability to lead without authority.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagement and advocacy.
• Skilled in cross-functional project management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and deliver internal and external corporate communications supporting organizational goals.
• Support Head of Strategy to foster Roche UAE's influence and advance public health conversation.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications network for Pharma in the Middle East and with external media/PR stakeholders.
• Strengthen Roche UAE's reputation among key external stakeholders including HCPs, patient organisations and the media.
• Drive internal engagement to mobilize people behind Roche's ambition and strategy.
• Inspire brand teams and support senior leaders with strategic communications.
