Job summary

Roche UAE is seeking a Communication Partner to strengthen stakeholder trust and drive corporate communications internally and externally. You will plan, create, and deliver communications that support the organization’s goals and work with the Strategy Head to advance Roche UAE’s influence and public health conversation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of media/PR/corporate/public affairs experience in the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry in the UAE.
• Proven leadership in a non-hierarchical environment and ability to lead without authority.
• Experience in leading multi-stakeholder engagement and advocacy.
• Skilled in cross-functional project management.
• Strong leader, communicator, strategic thinker and influencer; able to work independently with urgency.
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Roche UAE’s positioning, profiling and market shaping efforts with actionable insights.
• Expand UAE communications impact with integrated, measurable activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with government affairs, public health, access and brand teams.
• Engage key external stakeholders to raise Roche’s reputation among HCPs, patient groups, media, etc.
• Drive internal engagement and mobilize teams behind Roche’s ambition and strategy.
