The role leads editorial efforts, collaborates with PR agencies and internal teams, and oversees multiple projects while maintaining clarity, tone, and confidentiality in all outputs.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of professional writing or corporate communications experience.
• Experience drafting speeches and thought leadership content.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging for senior audiences.
• Experience with executive-level content and leadership panels or interviews.
• Strong research and analytical skills to turn insights into content.

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine copies for speeches, press statements, and white papers.
• Develop speaking points for leadership participation in panels and media interviews.
• Ensure tone and messaging align with brand and leadership positioning.
• Support crisis communication with holding statements and stakeholder messaging.
• Collaborate with PR agencies and media partners to ensure consistency.
