Job summary

QatarYello seeks an experienced Head of Communications for an Abu Dhabi–based organization undergoing growth and transformation. You will shape and deliver a strategic communications agenda, aligning to business objectives and engaging employees and stakeholders.

You will lead both internal and external communications, governance, and a high-performing team, driving consistency, impact and trusted advisory support to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of communications leadership experience.
• Experience leading both internal and external communications functions.
• Proven success supporting growth, transformation or change programmes.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience developing governance, frameworks and operating models.
• Team leadership experience with developing communications capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated internal and external communications strategies.
• Partner with executive leadership to support organisational growth and transformation initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement, change communications and leadership communications programmes.
• Oversee corporate communications, brand management and reputation management activities.
• Establish communications governance, frameworks and best practices across the organisation.
• Develop compelling content, narratives and messaging that support strategic priorities.
• Manage agency relationships and communications partners.
• Lead and develop a high-performing communications team.
• Monitor communications effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a trusted communications advisor to senior leadership.
