Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Communications professional to shape and execute our corporate communications strategy. You will lead content and channel planning, oversee the internal outreach, and coordinate with partners to ensure consistent messaging and timely campaigns.

The role requires building metrics, managing budgets, and delivering monthly/quarterly reports in collaboration with external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in communications, strategies and planning, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in identifying and defining communication needs and priorities, target groups and channel selection.
• Experience in creating and executing communications plans according to the approved strategy.
• Experience in creating communications strategies based on Company’s objectives.
• Experience with handling multiple projects at a time.
• Knowledgeable about UAE laws and regulations, as well as local customs and protocol.

Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to the execution of ADNOC L&S’s communication strategy and plans in line with the company’s objectives, covering content and channel strategies.
• Oversee and support the communication team in internal stakeholder outreach for content mining, campaign planning, deployment and analysis.
• Monitor and record the implementation of the communication strategy and achievement of objectives.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting in collaboration with external parties (e.g., Unicepta).
• Coordinate with communications teams to ensure messaging consistency, timing and positioning.
• Support alignment with ADNOC Group communications priorities, campaigns, guidelines and narratives.
• Consolidate communications requirements from different functions and support prioritization based on business impact.
• Support in executing and tracking the communications plan.
• Assess effectiveness of communication by regular reviews and use info to guide strategy development.
• Collaborate with office coordinator to monitor and track annual communications budget and distribution.
• Provide advice on communication issues and corporate reputation management and special projects.
• Update planning and work tracking systems such as Asana.
• Maintain and update crisis communications documents and procedures.
