Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Communications professional to develop and execute company strategies, manage internal stakeholder outreach, and coordinate cross-functional messaging across the ADNOC Group.

You will monitor performance, deliver monthly and quarterly reports with external partners, and ensure alignment with group priorities while handling multiple projects in a dynamic energy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in communications, business administration, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in communications, strategies and planning.
• Experience identifying needs, targets and channel selection.
• Experience creating and executing communications plans.
• Experience aligning strategies with company objectives.
• Familiarity with governance and multi-project management.
• Knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and local customs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ADNOC L&S communication strategy and plans aligned with objectives.
• Oversee internal stakeholder outreach and content planning via partner models.
• Monitor implementation and measure achievement of communication objectives.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting with external partners (e.g., Unicepta).
• Coordinate with communications and business functions for consistent messaging.
• Support alignment with ADNOC Group communications priorities and narratives.
• Consolidate requirements and prioritization by business impact.
• Track and adjust the communications plan based on reviews and data.
• Collaborate with office coordinator to monitor annual budget and allocations.
• Provide guidance on communications issues and corporate reputation management.
• Update planning systems (e.g., Asana) and crisis communications docs.
