Job summary

Caliberly is recruiting a Client Relations Manager in Dubai to strengthen and grow our corporate client portfolio. You will manage end-to-end client journeys, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business, while coordinating with sales, delivery, and operations to align services with client needs.

You will engage with senior decision-makers, leverage CRM reporting, and identify opportunities for value-added services to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced training and consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/marketing/HR or related field.
• Masters or relevant certificate is a plus.
• 4-6 years in client relationships, account management, or business development, preferably in training/consulting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for existing and prospective clients, understanding needs and challenges.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and BD to keep pipelines active and support proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with client expectations.
• Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and cross-sell solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records, CRM updates, and forecast renewals.
