Job summary

A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of senior finance experience within the UAE real estate sector, including 5 years in a CFO or Deputy CFO position. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, overseeing compliance, and managing finance teams. Familiarity with UAE regulations and strategic funding models is essential. This is an on-site full-time position with benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in senior finance roles within the UAE real estate sector with at least 5 years in a CFO or Deputy CFO capacity.
Proven ability to manage and scale finance teams within a dynamic development environment.
Strong relationships with auditors, banks, and government departments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with corporate growth objectives.
Advise executive leadership on funding strategies, market trends and risk exposure.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across development and operational functions.
Implement and monitor internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with project development teams to ensure alignment between project delivery and funding schedules.
