Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in category management within FMCG retail or grocery distribution environments.
• Proven experience managing product categories across online and offline retail channels.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret commercial data and market trends.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full category ownership including assortment planning, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and supply availability.
• Monitor financial performance of assigned product categories including sales, gross margin, profit and loss performance, and stock turnover.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and strong vendor partnerships.
• Design and launch promotional campaigns to increase sales performance.
