Job summary

Uae Job Alert seeks a Procurement Category Lead for Corporate Services in Dubai to drive strategic procurement across Travel, HR, Consultancy and Professional Services, overseeing a small team and managing roughly AED 500M in third‑party spend.

You will develop category strategies, run TCO analyses, lead S2C, ensure policy compliance, and partner with stakeholders to deliver year‑over‑year cost savings while optimizing supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• CIPS (or equivalent) qualification is highly desirable.
• 7–10 years of procurement experience with category/supplier management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement Leadership: drive category strategies for Corporate Services.
• Category Strategy Development: establish clear objectives from market data and stakeholder input.
• Scenario Planning: conduct TCO analysis, should-cost modeling, and value mapping.
• Compliance & Risk Management: adhere to procurement policies, budgets and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: oversee procurement projects with defined objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Demand Management: collaborate with stakeholders to balance needs and strategies.
• Supplier Relationship Management: lead S2C, identify and negotiate with suppliers, build long-term relationships.
• Stakeholder Engagement: align specifications with organizational values and influence decision-making.
