Job summary

PREMIDIS SARL is seeking a finance professional in the UAE to manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial projections. You will prepare daily cash statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports, coordinating with branches and departments to ensure accurate assumptions.

The role emphasizes variance analysis, working capital management, CAPEX evaluation, and MIS development, with strong Excel, data analysis, and ERP experience required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting, cash flow, budgeting, and financial statements.
• Good command over Excel, financial modelling, MIS reports, and data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and collect accurate information.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of working capital, loans, overdrafts, CAPEX, and fund planning.
• Knowledge of ERP / Odoo / accounting software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare actual cash flow statements on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Prepare budgeted cash flow based on expected receipts, payments, operational expenses, CAPEX, loan repayments, and other commitments.
• Prepare projected financial statements, including projected Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Track actual performance against budget and prepare variance analysis with reasons for major deviations.
• Prepare monthly fund requirement reports and highlight expected cash shortages or surplus.
• Monitor receivables, payables, inventory levels, loans, overdrafts, and working capital movement.
• Coordinate with branches, sales, purchase, operations, and accounts teams to collect data for financial projections.
• Prepare budget vs actual reports, cash flow forecasts, profitability analysis, and management MIS.
• Support management in CAPEX planning, ROI analysis, payback period calculation, and financial feasibility reports.
• Track bank limits, loan repayments, interest cost, supplier payments, customer collections, and cash utilization.
• Prepare reports for management review, banking discussions, funding arrangements, and business planning.
• Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and proper documentation of all assumptions used in projections.
