ADNOC is seeking an experienced Finance professional to participate in the preparation and consolidation of annual Revenue, Operating, Manpower, Logistics, Marketing, Supply and Trading budgets, and to contribute to the Five Year Business Plan.

You will monitor expenses, prepare accruals, reconcile with the General Ledger, and generate periodic financial reports with variance analysis for the supervisor and Directorate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 6 years of experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry related to Marketing Budget, Contracts, Accounting and Financial Analysis.
• Very good knowledge of relevant accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Receive and calculate revenue budgets from Planning teams and ensure conformity to formats and policy guidelines.
• Participate in preparation, coordination and consolidation of Revenue, Operating, Manpower, Logistics budgets and Five Year Plan.
• Update Budget records to include expenditures for analysis and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports with variance analysis for review.
• Monitor expenses to stay within budget limits and report variances to supervisor.
• Follow up SAP and other approved systems and ensure documents reach the Finance & Investment Directorate.
• Prepare accruals and monthly payments reconciled with the general ledger.
