Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Budget Analyst to participate in annual and five-year plans, consolidate revenue and operating budgets, and monitor costs across divisions. The role involves accruals, reconciliations, and reporting on financial performance for management review.

You will coordinate with Planning, Marketing Supply & Trading, and Finance & Investment Directorate, ensuring compliance with policy and accurate cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 6 years of experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry related to Marketing Budget, Contracts, Accounting and Financial Analysis.
• Very good knowledge of relevant accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and calculate revenue budgets from the Planning teams, check conformity to formats, criteria and policy.
• Participate in preparation, coordination and consolidation of Revenue, Operating, Manpower, Logistics Budget for annual and Five Year Plan.
• Update Budget records to include expenditures related to Operating and Logistics Budgets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, variance analysis for review.
• Monitor expenses to ensure they are within budget limits and report variances.
• Follow up SAP and other systems; ensure documents are received and processed.
• Prepare accruals and monthly payments; reconcile with general ledger.
• Monitor and input codes to sales invoices and payments for proper allocation.
• Carry and document Client Financial Performance Reports.
