Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi invites a seasoned finance professional to join the Finance Function Support team as a Specialist. You will coordinate and support the development of service cost budgets and recharges, ensuring accuracy in cost accounting and reporting across the organization.

In this role you will validate costs to general ledger accounts, assist in the annual HQ functional recharge budget, and prepare quarterly true-ups in coordination with HQ Functions and Group CFOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or Finance is required.
• 10 years of experience in finance or accounting with cost accounting focus.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and cost accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support development of service cost budgets and recharges.
• Validate third-party and internal costs to correct GL accounts and cost centers.
• Review HQ functional recharge budget per budgeting guidelines and policies.
• Prepare projections of quarterly service fee true-ups with HQ Functions and CFOs.
• Respond to billing queries from group companies and auditors.
• Resolve delinquent intercompany receivables with Intercompany Accounting.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract revisions related to service provision.
• Review function cost center hierarchy changes due to service catalogue or organization structure.
• Support implementation of recharge policies and internal controls.
