Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a Budget/Financial Analyst to strengthen financial governance in Dubai. You will review budgeting practices, propose standards, and ensure policy implementation across the organization.

The role requires advanced degrees in financial management with relevant experience; Arabic language proficiency is preferred, and professional certifications are a plus. This position is based in Dubai and involves cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Financial Management required with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Financial Management with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review best practices in budget preparation and management and propose accounting standards and procedures
• Ensure implementation of approved financial policies and procedures
• Audit and review final accounts as per Ministry of Finance guidelines
• Analyze and monitor feasibility study results for strategic projects
• Audit and review periodic reports of financial performance indicators of the budget
• Audit and review budget transfer procedures between budget items
• Summarize financial outcomes across all organizational units
